Approach
How an engagement actually runs.
Five stages. A clear decision at every handoff. No mystery phase between the proposal and the work.
01 · The engagement
From intake to check-in.
The intake
A 30-minute call, then a short written brief back to you naming the lane, the outcome, and the price. No discovery invoice before you know what you are buying.
The room
The executive session includes the people who can say yes. We put the unresolved decisions on the table, name the constraints, and agree on what AI is for here. You leave with alignment, priorities, and the questions the written work must answer.
The write-up
Strategy, governance framework, ethical framework, or operating framework, delivered as a document your organization can run, not a deck that gets forwarded once.
The handover
Decision paths, owners, and review cadence. We write down who decides what, who has to be consulted, where escalation goes, and when the framework gets looked at again.
The check-in
At 30, 60, and 90 days, we look at what moved, what stalled, and what needs re-deciding. The point is not to admire the document. The point is to make the decisions hold.
02 · The standard we hold
Five commitments, in plain language, without asterisks.
Every proposal names the outcome and the price.
Every engagement starts in a room, not a deck.
You always know which lane you are in and who is leading it.
Nothing gets built before the governance is written.
You hear from a person within two business days. Always.
Begin where decisions happen
