What we collect

Only what you give us. If you send an enquiry or an RFP, we hold the name, organization, role, email, phone number, and any file or message you attach. If you subscribe to Insights, we hold your email address.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to scope the work, and to send the piece you asked for. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information, and we do not run advertising audiences off it.

Where it lives

Enquiries and uploads are stored in our own database and private file storage. Uploaded RFPs are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people working on your enquiry.

Confidentiality

Anything you send during a scoping conversation is treated as confidential by default, before any agreement is signed. If your organization needs a signed non-disclosure agreement first, send it and we will sign it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold, ask for a correction, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from Insights. Write to hello@alignedintelligence.ca and a person will action it.

Canadian context

We operate under PIPEDA, and under Quebec's Law 25 where it applies to the organizations we work with. If your own obligations require additional handling terms, raise them early and we will work to them.
