01 · Signature services
Signature services.
Three engagements that carry most of the work. Each one can stand alone, and each one opens the door to the rest.
Three entry points, one bearing.
01
Executive Leadership Strategic Build
One room, one leadership team, one answer to what AI is for, here.
A half-day to two-day working session that gets the executive team aligned on where AI fits, what it is for, who owns it, and what you are not going to do. You leave with a written strategy, a ranked set of priorities, and a governance frame that lets the strategy actually get approved.
What is included
Business AI strategy development: the written strategy, principles, and a 12-month view.
AI strategic prioritization and mapping: which bets, in which order, mapped to business goals and the AI triad of data, algorithms, compute.
AI governance and ethics framework: decision rights, risk posture, and guardrails.
Best for: CEOs, COOs, and CMOs who are tired of AI showing up on every agenda and leaving with no decision.
02
Organizational AI Fluency and Literacy
From curious to competent, by role.
Role-based training that takes a company from “a few people play with it” to “this is how work gets done here.” Not a lunch and learn. A program, with a curriculum, a champions network, and tooling people can use the next morning.
What is included
Resource planning and AI team building: who you need, who you already have, and how to structure the team without hiring a unicorn.
Change management and adoption: champions programs, playbooks, and internal comms that turn training into habit.
Custom agents, skills, and prompt libraries: the tooling that gives newly fluent teams something to use on Monday.
Best for: HR and operations leaders who have been handed “AI adoption” as a mandate with no playbook.
03
AI Communication Strategy and Slop Reduction
Use AI at scale. Keep your voice.
Rules, voice standards, review workflows, and channel guidance that let a brand produce more without sounding like it was produced. Includes how your brand shows up when the customer asks an AI instead of a search engine.
What is included
AEO strategy development: answer engine optimization, so you are the answer, not a footnote.
AI-enabled lifecycle and personalization build: the content and CRM engine that puts your voice standards to work across email, web, and paid.
Customer journey analysis and AI solution mapping: where AI helps the customer versus where it just adds noise.
Best for: CMOs and brand leads watching output go up and quality go sideways.
02 · The triad underneath
Every lane sits on data, algorithms, and compute.
The tiers change how you buy the work. They do not change what the work rests on. Each engagement checks the same three foundations, in the same order, before anything gets deployed.
Data
What you hold, whether it is ready, and who is allowed to touch it.
Algorithms
What gets built, what gets bought, and what gets refused.
Compute
The platform under it, the bill attached to it, and the footprint it leaves.
03 · Five lanes
Five lanes.
The practice, described the way we run it. Transformation, governance, ethics, framework, and communication.
01 · Lane
Transformation
Where AI moves the needle, and what it is worth.
An executive working session and a written strategy that answers three questions: where does AI change the business, what is the roadmap, and what is the ROI story the board will believe.
What is included
Executive leadership strategic build
Business AI strategy development
AI strategic prioritization and mapping across data, algorithms, and compute
Best for: CEOs and COOs tired of AI showing up on every agenda and leaving without a decision.
02 · Lane
Governance
The how do we not get burned layer.
Policies, guardrails, data handling, decision rights, vendor rules, and a risk posture the board can sign. Built for PIPEDA, Law 25, and the gap AIDA left behind.
What is included
AI governance framework development
AI policy and guardrails
Vendor and platform evaluation
Risk posture and decision rights
Best for: General Counsel, CAOs, boards, and any executive who has been asked “what's our AI policy” and did not have an answer.
03 · Lane
Ethics
A framework you can defend, not a slide you can skip.
A standalone ethical framework, mapped to your values, your stakeholders, and the people your systems affect. Defensible to a regulator, a faculty senate, or a customer who asks hard questions.
What is included
Ethical AI framework development
Stakeholder and impact mapping
Board and leadership ethics briefings
Best for: Universities, public institutions, and values-driven brands that want to be able to explain themselves.
05 · Lane
Communication
Use AI at scale. Keep your voice.
AI communication strategy, slop reduction, internal change communication, and answer engine optimization.
What is included
AI communication strategy and slop reduction
AEO strategy development
Internal change communication
Voice standards and review workflows
Best for: CMOs and brand leads watching output go up and quality go sideways, and CEOs who need the whole company to understand the plan.
04 · Lane
Framework
One operating framework, not four decks.
The connective tissue that ties strategy to governance to ethics to communication, so the organization runs on one system instead of four documents nobody opens.
What is included
Operating framework design
Decision paths, escalation, and review cadence
Ownership model
Best for: Organizations that have done the strategy work and are wondering why nothing changed.

05 · Questions
Asked before the first call.
What is AI governance consulting?
It is the work of deciding who owns AI risk in an organization and writing the rules that hold. Policies, guardrails, data handling, decision rights, and vendor standards, set out so a board can approve them and a team can follow them.
What is slop reduction?
Slop is what happens when a brand produces more with AI and sounds like less. Slop reduction is the set of voice standards, review workflows, and channel rules that let output scale without the writing turning generic.
What is AEO?
Answer engine optimization. It is how your organization shows up when a customer asks an AI assistant instead of a search engine. The goal is to be the answer that gets cited, not a footnote underneath it.
Do you build or only advise?
We advise, and we lead the build. Strategy, governance, ethics, framework, and communication are principal-led. Agents, integrations, and pilots are delivered by our partner bench under the Aligned Intelligence framework, with our principal as your account lead.
Do you work with public sector and universities?
Yes. Municipalities, agencies, crown corporations, universities, and colleges are a core part of the practice. Those engagements usually start with governance and ethics, because a defensible framework has to exist before anything gets deployed.
Where are you based?
Toronto, Ontario. We work with organizations across Canada, in person for executive sessions and remotely for everything else.
